College of Engineering at the University of Misan organized a workshop on the definition of national accreditation standards for institutions of higher education and based on the keenness of the College to activate the government program with the participation of a number of lectures of the college
The workshop included a lecture by Dr. Saad Fahd Reesen, in which he dealt with the definition of the national accreditation standards for institutions of higher education in Iraq. This is in line with the project of classification and academic accreditation, which falls within the axis of services and human and community development of the supervision and evaluation. The workshop dealt with the presenting of standards, their classification and mechanisms to apply them and to identify obstacles that hinder their application and develop alternative mechanisms.
