Abstract

The study focuses on the impact of International legislation related to combating human trafficking crimes on the Constitutional and legal texts in Iraq. The aim of the research is to clarify the concept of the phenomenon of human trafficking and ways to combat it in international law, and the impact of these concepts on the Iraqi constitution for the year 2005 as well as the laws concerned with combating human trafficking such as the Iraqi Penal Code and Anti-Human Trafficking Law No. (28) of 2012, which contains within it the penalties that prevent individuals from engaging in any act of human trafficking
