Abstract

The study dealt the attitude of Islamic law on the phenomenon of human trafficking as it is one of the abnormal phenomena and abhorred by the Islamic culture and human taste. The Islamic law has desire to have a human community that get respect for human rights and hates everything that contradicts human nature. This is because Islamic law and different religions have honoured humanity and prohibits aggression against it. The crime of humans trafficking has made the human body a laboratory for experiments and a commodity traded by gangs whose main concern is to earn money
