Analysis of Television Programs Addressing Social Issues of Women with Special Needs: Women's Sports as a Case Study

This study aims to analyze the role of television talk shows in highlighting the issues of female athletes with special needs. The content analysis method was used to examine a set of talk shows broadcast on Iraqi channels From January 1, 2024 to January 1, 2025 the study found that talk shows focus individually on women's issues without sufficient attention to collective women's sports. The results also showed that these programs address the issues of female athletes with special needs on specific occasions without continuous and periodic coverage.
