Pilates exercises - wall exercises - health fitnessAbstract
Wall Pilates is one of the best exercises that focuses on strengthening core muscles and enhancing balance by using the wall as support. This allows for more challenging exercises for the supporting muscles in the body, improving muscle coordination, and helping to improve body stability.
The researcher believes that wall Pilates is an innovative and effective way to promote physical health, improve flexibility, and reduce stress by understanding the basics and recognizing its benefits.
This study aims to review and analyze studies that address the concept of wall Pilates exercises, while understanding general trends and developments in the application of these exercises, and the importance of identifying topics that have not yet been sufficiently explored. Published studies were reviewed from databases such as PubMed, CrossRef, Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, and ScienceDirect, with a focus on peer-reviewed research that addressed the applications of wall Pilates exercises and their impact on health and fitness.
The researchers concluded that Pilates exercises have a positive effect on strengthening core muscles, enhancing balance, improving muscle coordination, and body stability. They also help to safely and effectively increase muscle and joint flexibility. Therefore, the researchers recommend conducting future experimental studies on the application of Pilates exercises using the wall and demonstrating this on the motor abilities and health fitness of different groups.
